Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in finance operations, treasury, bookkeeping, or accounting (specialty finance, lending, or fund administration a plus).
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position across bank accounts and fund new deals.
• Set up and manage repayments, adjustments, and refunds in Salesforce.
• Maintain investment and participation records on funded deals, including renewals.
• Process scheduled payments, commissions, and company invoices.
• Handle bookkeeping across multiple accounts and prepare monthly close information for external accountants.
• Track credit card expenses and other liabilities.
• Maintain weekly and monthly reports and trackers.
• Support state licensing, Secretary of State filings, NMLS and DFPI reporting, and annual 1099s.
• Back up the processing and operations teams as needed.

About the Role

A growing specialty lender is looking for a Loan Operations & Treasury Analyst to support its daily financial operations. You'll manage cash, fund deals, set up repayments, keep investment records accurate, and keep the books clean. This is a hands-on, early-career role with real responsibility from day one. You'll work directly with leadership and external accountants and take on more ownership as you grow.

What You'll Do
