SourcePro Search, LLC is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator and Processor in Midtown Manhattan. You will open and manage transaction files, draft requirements, and coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and agents to ensure accurate title commitments and timely closings.

You will support senior underwriters, review title documents, and manage due diligence items while maintaining audit-ready records.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in commercial title processing or related CRE transaction roles
• Experience evaluating complex transactions and underwriting insurability
• Strong knowledge of title commitments, surveys, and CRE documents
• Ability to coordinate with lenders, attorneys, and agents
• Proficiency with title production software and standard office apps

Responsabilidades

• Open and establish new transaction files and draft preliminary requirements
• Review purchase, loan documents, affidavits, title docs, and surveys for issues
• Coordinate all aspects of title orders from opening to closing
• Assist senior underwriters by gathering and organizing documents for underwriting decisions
• Order and review due diligence items like title searches and tax certifications
• Analyze title searches, surveys, and legal descriptions to identify defects
• Prepare title commitments, preliminary reports, endorsements, and final policies
• Work with escrow officers and closing teams to clear title requirements
• Communicate with agents, attorneys, lenders, and stakeholders to maintain workflow
• Respond to curative issues by researching public records and coordinating corrections
• Prepare endorsement packages and settlement statements for underwriting review
• Maintain detailed file notes and audit-ready documentation
• Support post-closing processes including policy issuance and recording verification
• Monitor workflow and prioritize multiple files to meet deadlines
• Provide support for underwriting projects, audits, and process improvements
• Participate in ongoing training to expand underwriting knowledge
