Job summary

RugsUSA in New York, NY seeks an Influencer & Partnerships Manager to drive creator collaborations and product partnerships. You will manage relationships with content creators, coordinate shoots with the creative team, and oversee campaigns from brief to posting, ensuring measurable impact on traffic and conversion.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in influencer marketing, strong communication skills, and experience with influencer platforms and analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in influencer marketing or partnerships.
• Proficient with influencer platforms and social analytics tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication with external partners.
• Excel/Google Sheets for budgets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Identify, vet, and recruit influencers and brand ambassadors aligned with RugsUSA.
• Manage day-to-day communication with influencer and affiliate partners, including outreach and contracting.
• Coordinate gifting, seeding, and paid campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Align partner content with broader brand campaigns and calendars.
• Track campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and report results.
