Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of commercial title processing or related CRE transaction experience.
• Experience assisting senior underwriters with complex commercial transactions.
• Strong knowledge of commercial title insurance, underwriting, and title commitments.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers and sellers.
• Ability to work collaboratively with underwriters, processors, closers and external stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Willingness to learn advanced underwriting concepts.

Aufgaben

• Open and establish new transaction files and maintain records.
• Review purchase, loan documents, and title documents for issues.
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial title orders from opening to closing.
• Assist senior underwriters with gathering and organizing documentation.
• Order and review due diligence items such as title searches and UCCs.
• Prepare title commitments, preliminary reports, endorsements, and final policies.
• Support post-closing processes including policy issuance and delivery.
