Your Talent Team in New York is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator and Processor to join its Midtown Manhattan office. Hybrid role focusing on coordinating commercial title orders, documenting due diligence, and ensuring accurate title commitments and final policies.

The candidate will open files, review complex real estate documents, and collaborate with lenders, attorneys, buyers, sellers, and internal teams to ensure timely closings and underwriting readiness.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of commercial title processing or related CRE transaction experience.
• Experience assisting senior underwriters in evaluating insurability.
• Strong knowledge of title insurance, underwriting principles, and title commitments.
• Ability to coordinate with lenders, attorneys, agents, buyers, and sellers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-service mindset.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and manage new transaction files and draft requirements for title commitments.
• Review purchase/sale documents, affidavits, surveys to identify title issues.
• Coordinate all aspects of title orders from opening to closing.
• Support underwriters by gathering documentation for underwriting decisions.
• Manage due diligence items, including title searches and municipal lien reports.
• Prepare endorsements, schedules, and final policies.
• Maintain detailed file notes and audit-ready documentation.
• Support post-closing processes and ensure timely delivery of documents.
