Job summary

Spin is hiring a Technical Operations Specialist in New York, NY. This role supports casino management system deployments, go-lives, and post-launch support across U.S. sites, with hands-on problem solving and cross-regional collaboration.

You will troubleshoot applications, hardware, and network issues, manage incidents, and collaborate with Asia-based teams to keep systems available and reliable. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in technical support, application support, IT operations, or gaming technology.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across software, workstations, peripherals, and basic network connectivity.
• Experience with incident management, escalation processes, and go-live support.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site and remote installation, configuration, testing, and go-live activities for deployments.
• Provide Level 1 and Level 1.5 technical support, including troubleshooting and incident management.
• Diagnose and resolve application, integration, workstation, and basic hardware issues, coordinating RMAs as needed.
• Escalate complex issues to regional teams while coordinating timely resolution.
• Assist with system configuration, data prep, UAT, and post-implementation stabilization.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles for future reference.
• Monitor recurring issues and propose improvements to support processes and deployment procedures.
• Deliver professional customer support and collaborate with Asia-based teams to ensure high availability.
