Job summary

IPG Health, LLC is seeking a Client Finance Senior Analyst to provide expert financial guidance and operational support to Account Management and Project Management teams in a hybrid New York setting.

You will manage billing, reporting, and reconciliation, lead financial status meetings, and drive accurate project accounting across multiple priorities. Strong Excel, SAP/Vantage experience, and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• At least 1 year of experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs) and basic knowledge of PowerPoint.
• Experience with SAP, Vantage, or similar business software is a plus.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with ability to express ideas clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial guidance and operational support to Account Management and Project Management teams.
• Ensure contract compliance, billing, financial reporting, and reconciliation.
• Lead financial status meetings with business units and participate in client calls.
• Manage job lifecycles and ensure timely updates and timesheet entries.
• Coordinate estimates entry, updates, and approvals for accurate tracking and billing.
• Oversee monthly billing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with client contracts, and resolve issues promptly.
• Analyze and report financial performance, preparing trackers, WIP reports, and other insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with shared service centers and intercompany partners to address financial concerns.
