Job summary

IPG Health, LLC in New York seeks a Manager, Media Finance to oversee billing accuracy and financial reporting across client engagements. You will partner with investment, portfolio teams and Shared Services to ensure timely PO management, invoices and cash flow.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in general accounting preferred.
• 2+ years financial management experience, preferably in media.
• Prior client management experience is required.
• Strong numerical and analytic abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate and serve as final checkpoint for accurate billings.
• Review pre-bills against contracts and billing provisions; assist year-end close.
• Coordinate with Portfolio Management to ensure PO and billing codes are timely.
• Monitor accounts receivable and resolve payment issues with clients.
• Generate reports from MBOX/Mediaocean/Prisma and Excel; perform variance analysis.
