You will provide proactive coaching, coordinate registration, collaborate with faculty, and guide students toward progression and graduation in a supportive, student-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Provide proactive and developmental coaching/advising for all active students.
• Initiate and continue guidance to students at academic risk due to grades, attendance, or personal barriers.
• Communicate concerns about student progress to the student, faculty, and administration with coaching strategy.
• Stay engaged with students via one-on-one meetings, calls, video chat, and success seminars.
• Coordinate timely registration of selected courses.
• Act as liaison for academic appeals, readmission requests, grievances affecting progress.
• Document communications and maintain required student population reports.
