Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking an Academic Success Coach to support nursing students at the Mount Saint Vincent collaboration, with sites in Riverdale and Yonkers, NY. This hybrid role involves on-site coaching three days a week and remote work two days, focusing on registration, advising, and retention to help students progress and graduate.

The position requires strong coaching, communication, and organizational skills, with a master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or advising students in higher education.
• Ability to support student progression and retention.
• Strong communication with students, faculty and staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site success coaching and coordination of student services.
• Manage student registration for semesters (three per year).
• Monitor student progress and intervene as needed to promote retention.
