Qualifications

• Experience coaching students to improve retention and progression.
• Ability to coordinate registration for multiple semesters.
• Strong communication with students, faculty and staff.
• Higher education experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide proactive coaching/advising for active students.
• Guide at-risk students to improve grades and attendance.
• Coordinate timely course registrations.
• Liaise with faculty and administration on student progress.
• Document communications and maintain reports.
