The position is hybrid with on-site training at pharmacies. Expect 8am–6pm shifts with a weekend rotation and a focus on high-quality scheduling and documentation practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing scheduling experience in home care/home infusion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all management levels.
• Proven leadership, independent decision-making, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise nursing coordinators daily to ensure scheduling accuracy and policy compliance.
• Perform nursing coordinator duties including patient scheduling and delivery ticket creation.
• Monitor workflow queues, logs, and documentation for timeliness and accuracy.
• Train new coordinators and provide ongoing coaching and guidance.
• Escalate performance or compliance issues to the Regional Director of Nursing as needed.
• Ensure POTs and delivery tickets are processed within required timeframes.
• Collaborate with nurse managers and pharmacy operations to resolve scheduling issues.
• Maintain effective communication with coordinators, nurse managers, and staff.
