Job summary

One Medical is seeking a licensed NP or PA to join our hybrid, full-time team in Mill Valley, CA. You will manage diverse patient panels, conduct in-office, testing center, and tele-health visits, and participate in ongoing clinical rounds to continually improve patient care.

Provide high-quality, human-centered primary care while coordinating with in-person and virtual teams. California licensure by start date is required; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• Past 5 years: 2+ years outpatient primary care, OR 1 year outpatient with 1 year fellowship or 1+ year urgent care.
• State license in California by start date.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic and well visits.
• Treat in-office, testing centers and occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams daily.
• Utilize your clinical training and perform in-office procedures.
• Obtain additional state licensure/credentialing for virtual care in more states.
