The role emphasizes CAD work with MicroStation, 3D visualization, and the ability to move between projects while collaborating with vendors and client teams.

Competenze

• Associate's Degree in a technical area including drafting or a high school diploma and equivalent technical design experience.
• Advanced drafting experience using standard computer drafting tools (i.e. MicroStation).
• Ability to visualize parts in 3D without the aid of the computer.
• Knowledge of MicroStation.
• Ability to multi-task from project to project.

Mansioni

• Utilize and expand drafting skills in a multi-disciplinary team to prepare design drawings.
• Apply computer-aided drafting skills and receive hands-on training in 3D design software environments.
• Create master sketches to scale showing relation of proposed installations to existing facilities with exact specifications and dimensions.
• Accompany and assist experienced designers on client walkdowns to gather information for the design project.
• Explain drawings to vendors and contractors to support appropriate design adjustments.
