Job summary

Ocasa Life Sciences is seeking a Planning & Implementation Lead to manage end-to-end client onboarding, lane setup, and operational readiness across the NORAM region. You will collaborate with Operations, Key Account Management, Pricing, Commercial, and Quality to ensure successful implementations and data-driven performance monitoring.

The role offers a clear path toward ownership of NORAM Planning & Implementation, with potential progression to Manager level after meeting readiness criteria.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• At least two years in logistics or related fields.
• Experience in regulated life sciences environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end planning and implementation activities for client onboarding.
• Coordinate milestones, deadlines, and actions across multiple teams.
• Ensure all action plans are completed before client kick-off meetings.
• Maintain NORAM coordination sheet with data accuracy and version control.
• Prepare transit-time estimates for NORAM transportation lanes.
