Your Part-Time Controller LLC (YPTC) seeks a dedicated nonprofit-focused Controller to guide client accounting, reporting, and controls. You will manage multiple nonprofit clients, interacting with staff, boards, and committees via remote and on-site engagements.

The role emphasizes transforming financial operations, ensuring accuracy, and advancing client missions. A bachelor’s in accounting or finance and 5–7+ years of experience are preferred, with CPA a plus and bilingual skills as a bonus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–7+ years accounting experience.
• Experience working in a remote environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients.
• Prepare financial reporting for management and board decisions.
• Recommend and implement improvements to accounting, operations, controls, and policies.
