Job summary

Your Part-Time Controller, LLC (YPTC) seeks a dedicated Controller to guide nonprofit clients and deliver transformative accounting services. You will lead virtual and on-site engagements, interacting with client staff, boards, and finance committees.

Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years of accounting experience, strong Excel, and familiarity with QuickBooks or Sage Intacct. A CPA is a plus; bilingual skills are valued. Hybrid work and competitive compensation offered.

Qualifications

• Non-profit accounting background or strong interest in the sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA a plus.
• Experience with remote work environments preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, work independently, and respond promptly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as outsourced Controller/CFO for multiple nonprofit clients.
• Prepare financial reporting for management and Boards.
• Improve accounting processes, internal controls, and compliance policies.
