Job summary

RF Connect is looking for a Network Operations Director to oversee the performance and operational excellence of its Managed Services Network Operations Center (NOC). This role emphasizes customer satisfaction, managing network operations across multiple environments, and representing the company in client interactions.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in telecommunications and project management. This position allows for a hybrid work schedule with opportunities for travel to headquarters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in telecommunications industry or managed services.
• 5+ years managing NOC or service assurance teams.
• Experience supporting cellular wireless networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead NOC operations supporting RAN, Packet Core, and Backhaul environments.
• Manage network performance and service assurance activities.
• Participate in customer escalations and critical issue resolution.
