Job summary

RF Connect LLC. is seeking a highly motivated Network Operations Director to lead performance and operational excellence of their Managed Services Network Operations Center. This role requires someone with strong leadership skills and experience managing wireless network operations teams.

The ideal candidate will oversee network monitoring and incident response while directly engaging with key managed services accounts. This position can be hybrid, requiring occasional travel to headquarters in Farmington Hills, MI, or consider remote applicants from DFW area.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of telecommunications industry experience in IT, telecommunications, or managed services operations.
• 5+ years managing NOC, service assurance, network operations, or managed services teams.
• Strong technical expertise in cellular network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead all NOC operations supporting RAN, Packet Core, and Backhaul environments.
• Direct incident response, escalation management, and root-cause analysis efforts.
• Serve as the senior operational contact for managed services customers.
