Job summary

The University of Washington's Department of Neurology seeks a Manager of Program Operations to support a new multidisciplinary brain health initiative. Reporting to the Principal Investigator, you will oversee day-to-day operations, budgets, and cross-site coordination to advance program goals.

This role requires collaboration with faculty, staff, and external partners, ensuring compliance with sponsor requirements and UW policies while guiding staff and coordinating activities across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4 years coordinating programs or projects, with supervisory experience.
• Experience in academic, healthcare, or research settings preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Strategic program development and operations planning with clear timelines and assignments.
• Manage day-to-day program operations across multiple sites and coordinate with faculty, staff, and collaborators.
• Maintain detailed program budgets, tracking expenses and financial projections.
• Support onboarding and training of program personnel, and provide supervision and performance management.
• Draft and coordinate program communications, prepare progress reports, and ensure compliance with UW policies and sponsor requirements.
