Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• Six years of related clinical research experience.
• Demonstrated supervisory or lead experience.
• Ability to work with PIs, staff, and regulatory bodies.

Responsibilities

• Direct the conduct of clinical research with investigators and teams.
• Oversee recruitment, training, and supervision of research staff.
• Develop and implement policies for clinical research within the program.
• Manage budget generation and financial management.
• Ensure regulatory submissions to IRB and liaison on regulatory issues.
• Monitor data management and auditing readiness.
