Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in network planning, scheduling, analytics, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excel and PowerPoint proficiency; experience with large datasets.
• Ability to influence planning outcomes through data-driven recommendations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Interview required; reliable attendance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize international scheduling strategies to support network performance, profitability, and operational feasibility.
• Prepare scenario evaluations to support scheduling and network planning decisions.
• Gather, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with network planning, operations, marketing, and other cross-functional teams to support scheduling priorities.
• Participate in cross-departmental projects influencing schedule design and capacity deployment.
• Evaluate scheduling performance and propose process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Support schedule publication activities and planning adjustments aligned with market demand and constraints.
• Present findings and strategic insights to stakeholders and leadership.
