Job summary

Mercedes-Benz USA is seeking a Junior Associate Consultant (JAC) to support the Network Strategy team in developing and executing strategic initiatives shaping the U.S. retail network.

This 12-month assignment involves research, data analysis, and preparing executive-ready presentations across multiple functions, including Sales, Legal, IT, Marketing, and global network teams. The role provides hands-on exposure to dealer network operations, performance management, and strategic project

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed aBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive, Management, Business Administration, Data Science/Analytics, Economics, Finance, Marketing Communications or related discipline.
• Available for a full 12-month assignment and able to work within the applicable hybrid and weekly-hour requirements for the JAC program.
• Authorized to work in the United States in accordance with company requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support dealership brand representation, retail standards, and network readiness.
• Support studies evaluating future retail formats and network development opportunities.
• Track progress and support implementation of strategic network and brand initiatives.
• Conduct network analyses, data collection, research, and vendor coordination.
• Research industry trends and best practices to identify growth opportunities.
• Gather stakeholder feedback to support recommendations and implementation.
