Job summary

Sonepar Management Group is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead a team of engineers and operations professionals. This role drives reliability, security, and continuous improvement across the enterprise network landscape including datacenter, cloud, WAN, LAN, wireless, and SD-WAN services.

Hybrid work arrangement in Hamilton, NJ or Philadelphia, PA with up to 20% travel. Strong leadership and vendor management skills required along with expertise in network automation and security

Qualifications

• Seven (7)+ years of enterprise network engineering, infrastructure operations, or network operations management.
• Three (3)+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience supporting large-scale, geographically distributed enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day network operations, monitoring, incident management, escalation, and service restoration.
• Ensure network availability, stability, and performance across enterprise environments.
• Oversee WAN, LAN, wireless, datacenter, cloud, internet, and SD-WAN environments.
• Drive network automation, IaC, scripting, and API-based integrations.
• Manage relationships with network vendors and telecom providers.
