Qualifications

• 10+ years supporting large-scale global enterprise networks (regulated-industry experience preferred).
• Expertise in SD-WAN, OSPF, BGP, cloud/hybrid networking, Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Strong Linux/Windows knowledge and ability to develop automation code and apply AI in infrastructure operations.
• Excellent analytical, communication, collaboration, customer-service, prioritization, and technical judgment skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage, deploy, and support global data and voice network services.
• Resolve complex incidents, lead root-cause analysis, and deliver sustainable solutions.
• Implement security controls, changes, and service improvements in compliance with standards.
• Expand automation, resiliency, monitoring, and operational efficiency.
• Manage infrastructure initiatives, maintain documentation, collaborate globally, and mentor engineers.
