Job summary

Sonepar USA, Inc. is seeking a Network Operations Manager to lead the enterprise network engineering and operations teams across datacenter, cloud, WAN, LAN, wireless and SD-WAN environments.

The role focuses on reliability, performance, security, and continuous improvement within a hybrid work setup in the Northeast U.S. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in enterprise networking and 3+ years of leadership, plus experience with hybrid cloud environments and telecom vendors.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering, infrastructure operations, or network operations management.
• 3+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
• Experience with large-scale, geographically distributed enterprise environments.
• Proven success leading major incidents and infrastructure projects.
• Experience managing telecommunications providers and service contracts.
• Experience supporting enterprise networking in hybrid cloud environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day network operations, monitoring, incident management and service restoration.
• Ensure network availability, stability and performance across enterprise environments.
• Coordinate major incident response efforts and post-incident reviews for continuous improvement.
• Oversee enterprise WAN/LAN/Wireless/datacenter/cloud/datas and security alignment.
