The ideal candidate is early in their IT career, enjoys problem-solving, and is eager to grow. Competitive compensation of $18 - $25/hr is offered, with significant raises based on performance.

Qualifications

• Lives in Southern Maine with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
• Personable and communicative in a dental practice environment.
• Able to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
• Solid foundation in Windows, networking, printers, cabling, routers and switches.
• Flexible and self-directed, excited to grow with a company.

Responsibilities

• Handle remote and onsite help desk tickets for hardware, software, and networking.
• Visit dental practices to deploy equipment and assist with projects.
• Run and terminate CAT6 Ethernet cabling and install related hardware.
• Support new client onboarding including device setup and user training.
• Create and maintain technical documentation.
