Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead NetSuite implementation projects. You will collaborate with clients to define objectives, manage scope, budget and timelines, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining high client satisfaction.

You will guide teams, manage risks, and facilitate client meetings, with the flexibility to work from home and in-person part of the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in IT, Business or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a project management role with ERP/software implementations.
• Experience leading NetSuite projects in fast-moving environments.
• Ability to manage client relationships and project stakeholders effectively.
• Experience planning, budgeting, reporting, scope, risks, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope and success factors for NetSuite implementations.
• Lead project planning, execution and monitoring within SOW, timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and scope changes.
• Educate clients on Sage Intacct capabilities and implementation methodologies.
• Facilitate communication and maintain project documentation.
• Lead client meetings and manage client relationships.
• Pursue new business opportunities and assist with resourcing.
