Job summary

Armanino LLP is seeking a NetSuite Project Manager to lead ERP implementations for clients. You will define objectives, manage scope, timelines, and budgets, and ensure successful delivery while maintaining client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in project management for ERP projects, strong communication, and the ability to mentor junior team members. Travel as needed; flexible remote work with in-person collaboration half the time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, business, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in project management for ERP/software implementations.
• Experience leading NetSuite projects in high-volume, fast-moving environments.
• Strong client relationship and stakeholder management, with excellent communication.
• Ability to coach junior team members and lead project planning, budgeting, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives, scope and success factors for NetSuite implementations.
• Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and ensure adherence to scope and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver projects.
• Provide project and financial reporting; manage change orders and billing.
• Support business development and pursue new opportunities with clients.
