Job summary

Armanino Advisory LLC seeks a NetSuite Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture for complex Oracle NetSuite implementations and optimization engagements. You will translate business needs into scalable NetSuite solutions, guiding configuration, customizations, integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, IS, CS or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years ERP consulting, implementation, or solution architecture on NetSuite.
• Lead functional consultant or solution architect on full NetSuite lifecycles.
• Deep functional knowledge of NetSuite Financials and modules (OneWorld, etc).
• Strong understanding of GL, AP, AR, consolidation, revenue, procurement, inventory, and reporting.
• Experience designing NetSuite solutions with config, workflows, reporting, migrations, and customizations.
• Knowledge of SuiteCloud: SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, REST/SOAP APIs, integration patterns.
• Experience leading discovery, fit-gap and future-state design, executive discussions.
• Ability to balance usability, scalability, controls, and delivery risk.
• Experience with testing, cutover, deployment, post-go-live optimization.
• Strong written, verbal, facilitation and client-relations skills.
• Ability to lead multiple workstreams in a consulting environment.
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant, etc.) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution architecture across NetSuite implementation lifecycle from discovery to post-go-live.
• Facilitate workshops to define current and future-state processes and align stakeholders.
• Design end-to-end NetSuite processes across record-to-report, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and more.
• Assess requirements and recommend configurations, SuiteApps, integrations, and customizations.
• Provide architectural oversight for NetSuite OneWorld, including subsidiaries and global reporting.
• Define the blueprint, designs, integration architecture, data migration strategy, and security model.
• Guide technical design involving SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, APIs.
• Identify risks, gaps, and trade-offs; document decisions with practical resolutions.
• Manage scope, estimates, assumptions, and change impacts with project leadership.
• Provide quality governance for configurations, scripts, migrations, and deployment readiness.
• Support data migration planning and validation; define testing strategies and cutover plans.
• Advise on NetSuite leading practices, process improvements, and long-term scalability.
