TalentMinded Inc. is hiring a Manager, Daily Valuation & NAV Accounting to lead our daily valuation services for institutional real estate clients. The role combines accounting, NAV reporting, and financial analytics with leadership responsibilities to scale the practice.

The position offers a hybrid work arrangement across the United States, with preference for candidates in or near Chicago. You will own engagements, drive process improvements, and shape the capability of the growing advisory

Qualifications

• Experience with NAV calculations and real estate valuation.
• Strong accounting background and financial analytics.
• Leadership and client-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily valuation and NAV calculations, reviewing financial information, property values, debt positions and equity calculations.
• Own multiple daily valuation engagements, managing timelines, budgets and client expectations.
• Lead valuation updates and material event analysis, coordinating with appraisers and internal teams.
• Analyze results and investigate variances, understanding drivers and actions.
• Provide technical review and direct team leadership, supervising one analyst initially.
• Lead client and stakeholder relationships, communicating complex valuation information clearly.
• Lead process improvement and modernization to standardize and automate workflows.
• Build capability across the practice, coaching colleagues and sharing knowledge.
• Shape the future of the practice, contributing to strategic development and growth.
