SitusAMC is seeking an Analyst to support daily Net Asset Value reporting and portfolio analytics for real estate funds. You will review appraisals, budgets, and cash flows, and work closely with the team to deliver accurate analyses. Entry-level professionals with 0–2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, strong communication, and collaborative teamwork as part of a growing real estate analytics team. Knowledge of MS Office is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of industry experience, Analyst level or equivalent.
• Prior commercial real estate valuation experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and cash flow programs.

Responsabilidades

• Complete daily Net Asset Value/Share price reporting for real estate funds.
• Review and analyze quarterly appraisals and budgets.
• Review and analyze final financial statements and cash flows.
• Perform portfolio analytics on client funds.
• Prepare quarterly summary reporting.
• Collaborate with team and work independently on projects.
