Job summary

Webb Wheel Products, Inc. is looking for a National Sales Manager to lead North American fleet sales for premium Webb products.

The role focuses on building relationships with customers and distributors, driving fleet-pull, and expanding market share. The ideal candidate has extensive B2B sales experience in heavy-duty trucking or the commercial vehicle aftermarket, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and a track record of revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven success managing large customer relationships and growing revenue.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the commercial highway vehicle market.
• Significant sales experience, preferably in the North American commercial fleet market with existing contacts.
• Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and execute strategic account plans.
• Self-motivated and results driven.
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key fleet contacts to drive premium Webb products.
• Create account plans to increase Webb's market share with fleet customers and distributors.
• Coordinate fleet test programs with Engineering and R&D; summarize results.
• Support IAM, Retail, OES, and OEM activities at trade shows and events.
• Engage with industry associations to promote Webb products.
