RRC Solutions Group in Midtown Manhattan is seeking a National Commercial Title Coordinator and Processor. This hybrid role offers exposure to high‑volume commercial real estate transactions, coordinating with lenders, attorneys, and teams to ensure accuracy and timely closings.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in commercial title work, strong underwriting awareness, and excellent client service. This position supports post-closing processes and ongoing title risk management.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial title processing or similar real estate transaction role.
• Experience assisting underwriters in evaluating complex commercial transactions.
• Strong understanding of title commitments, surveys, and related docs.
• Experience coordinating with lenders, attorneys, brokers, buyers, sellers.

Responsibilities

• Open and establish new transaction files and draft requirements for title commitments.
• Review purchase/sale/loan documents and identify title issues and curative actions.
• Coordinate all aspects of title orders from opening to closing with clients and teams.
• Gather, review, and organize docs for underwriting decisions with senior underwriters.
• Prepare endorsements, schedules, and final policies per standards.
• Maintain detailed file notes and ensure audit readiness.
• Support post-closing processes and deliver final documents.
