Qualifications

• 4+ years in commercial title processing/coordination or related real estate role
• Strong understanding of commercial title insurance, underwriting principles, and title commitments
• Experience reviewing and organizing complex commercial real estate documents
• Ability to coordinate with lenders, attorneys, agents, buyers and sellers
• Proficiency with title insurance production software and standard office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a client service mindset

Responsibilities

• Open new transaction files and draft preliminary requirements and notes for title commitments
• Review purchase, sale, loan documents, affidavits and surveys for issues and risks
• Coordinate all aspects of commercial title orders from opening to closing
• Assist underwriters by gathering documents for underwriting decisions
• Order and review due diligence items like title searches and tax certifications
• Prepare title commitments, reports, endorsements and final policies
• Work with escrow and closing teams to clear title requirements for closing
• Maintain detailed file notes and ensure audit readiness
• Support post‑closing processes including policy issuance and delivery of final docs
