• Excellent written and verbal communication with client-service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Open and establish new transaction files and draft prelim requirements.
• Review purchase/sale/loan documents to identify title issues and risks.
• Coordinate all aspects of orders from opening to closing with clients and lenders.
• Assist senior underwriters with documentation for underwriting decisions.
• Order and review due-diligence items like title searches and tax docs.
• Prepare title commitments, reports, endorsements, and final policies.
• Communicate with stakeholders to obtain missing information and clarify details.
• Support post-closing processes including policy issuance and recording verification.
