The role requires 8+ years in retail business development or key account management within US consumer electronics or smart home industries, with a proven track record managing multi-million USD accounts at Home Depot, Best Buy, or Walmart.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Retail Business Development or Key Account Management in US consumer electronics or smart home.
• Proven track record of managing multi-million USD accounts with major retailers like Home Depot, Best Buy, or Walmart.
• Extensive network of senior retail buyers in DIY/Hardware or Electronics categories.

Responsibilities

• Identify and penetrate Tier-1 or Tier-2 retail channels; lead end-to-end from pitch to vendor of record.
• Lead JBP and line reviews with senior buyers to optimize SKU assortments and promotions.
• Manage profitability, MDF, RTV rates, and backend rebates across accounts.
• Influence product roadmap with market intel on competitor moves and consumer trends in smart home security.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Supply Chain for nationwide product launches and resets.
