Sportyjob in Ogden, UT is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for North America. Hybrid work model with responsibility for owning the North America retail demand plan and leading the allocation team to optimize in-store availability across channels.

You will partner with merchandising, retail, finance and global planning to align forecasts with inventory targets and financial goals, driving in-stock performance and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in demand, merchandise, or retail planning.
• Proven ability to link demand planning with allocation and in-store execution.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs (sell-through, weeks of supply).
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end retail demand plan at model, color, size, and monthly levels across stores.
• Develop consensus forecast aligned to performance, inventory targets, and plans.
• Translate forecast into inputs for open-to-buy and supply planning.
• Lead allocation and in-season inventory balancing.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, allocation, and reporting tools.
