Salomon, a leading outdoor brand, is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for North America, based in Ogden, UT. The role drives a market-driven demand plan, aligning sales, merchandising, and global planning to optimize inventory and financial targets.

You will influence stakeholders, challenge assumptions, and partner across teams to deliver accurate forecasts and buy plans, while supporting growth and risk management in a high-impact environment.

Qualifikationen

• 5–8+ years of experience in demand planning, merchandise planning, or supply chain planning
• Experience in the lifestyle, outdoor or athletic industry with focus on softgoods preferred
• Strong analytical capabilities with ability to translate data into strategic and tactical actions
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with planning systems strongly preferred
• Experience in apparel, footwear, outdoor, or consumer goods industries preferred
• Strong communication skills with ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience working in global or matrixed organizations is a plus
• 20% travel requirement

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end demand plan by model, color, size, and monthly levels
• Develop consensus forecasts aligned to service level targets and inventory goals
• Translate forecast into inputs for buy planning and open-to-buy
• Analyze forecasts to balance growth with inventory risk
• Mentor junior and onboarding team members
