Job summary

NIKE, Inc. is seeking a NA Supply & Inventory Planner in Beaverton, OR for a 3-month contract. The role owns end-to-end inventory planning, supports DSM, and partners across Consumer Planning, Merchandising, and Global Supply to optimize inventory health and delivery performance.

You will execute POs, review supplier performance, and analyze data to drive proactive actions. The position offers hybrid work options and requires strong Excel, SAP ERP, and BI skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of supply/inventory planning or supply chain experience.
• Excellent written, spoken and visual communication skills.
• Flexibility in switching from strategic to tactical thinking and execution.
• Superior interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills cross-functionally.
• Analytical skills with large data sets and executive storytelling.
• Strong knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, formulas, macros).
• Prior SAP ERP experience preferred.
• Power BI experience preferred.
• Tableau and Cognos knowledge preferred.
• Ability to adapt to a complex, evolving work environment.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate twice-monthly delivery planning and ensure materials are planned and purchased on schedule.
• Create and manage purchase orders for finished goods and handle buy exceptions.
• Review POs for policy conformance and address delivery issues.
• Analyze data and tell a clear story with key metrics for stakeholders.
• Maintain healthy inventory position and communicate delivery expectations to planning teams.
