Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 8+ years of professional experience.
• Superior forecasting, analytical, and problem solving skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead seasonal and monthly demand forecasts at the style-color level.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and reconcile with financial targets.
• Support line development and long-range material planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Merchandising and Supply Chain.
