Job summary

Salomon is seeking a Senior Demand Planner for North America based in Ogden, UT, with responsibility for the retail demand plan across stores and channels. The role leads the allocation function and partners with merchandising, retail, and global planning teams to drive in-stock performance and optimize inventory.

The role requires strong forecasting, cross-functional leadership, and the ability to link demand with financial targets.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years in demand planning or retail planning.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong forecasting and inventory management skills.
• Advanced Excel and planning tools proficiency.
• Experience in apparel/retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end retail demand plan at model, color, size, and monthly levels across stores.
• Lead allocation team for in-season inventory execution and in-stock performance.
• Coordinate with merchandising, retail, finance, and supply chain for aligned demand.
• Drive improvements in forecasting, allocation, and reporting tools.
• Influence decisions to balance growth opportunities with inventory risk.
