FusionTek, a Washington DC-area MSP, is seeking a Technical Support Engineer II to support multiple client environments across Windows, macOS, and cloud services. The role blends remote and on-site work with flexibility for client sites as needed.

You will troubleshoot complex issues, administer Windows servers, configure networking, and mentor junior technicians while maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows 10/11 and macOS.
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
• Familiarity with networking, cloud services, and security tasks.

Responsibilities

• Resolve escalated support requests and complex issues.
• Provide remote and onsite support for client environments.
• Configure servers, networking, and security tasks.
• Document activities and mentor Level I technicians.
