Job summary

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of mortgage loan servicing experience across core servicing functions.
• Experience managing or supporting servicing portfolios in an agency/investor-driven environment (5,000–15,000+ loans).
• Leadership or management experience overseeing teams and driving performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the performing loan servicing portfolio, ensuring service standards, timelines, and investor requirements are met.
• Oversee Customer Experience leadership including call quality and borrower experience.
• Lead process development, documentation review, and department projects across the loan servicing lifecycle.
• Monitor operational risk and collaborate with leadership to minimize risk while maintaining efficiency.
• Participate in annual department budget and monitor budgetary goals.
• Provide leadership through talent acquisition, workforce planning, and performance management.
• Deliver training, mentoring, and coaching to team members; promote cross-training.
