Qualifikationen
- 3+ years of mortgage loan processing experience across conventional, government, ARM and escrow products.
- Strong customer service, problem solving and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy.
Aufgaben
- Ensure completion of mortgage applications and adherence to policies while meeting sales goals.
- Communicate underwriting decisions and conditions to members and realtors; prepare cost estimates.
- Advise members on loan approvals/denials and explain alternatives.
- Monitor loan pipeline and enter data; calculate interest and closing costs.
