Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of collections or customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment.
• Working knowledge of FHA, Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, Ginnie Mae and loss mitigation guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Keeping open lines of communication with delinquent members for early intervention counseling.
• Working closely with investor credit unions and maintaining positive working relationships with their collection staff.
• Using problem-solving abilities to tackle issues head-on, keeping all parties informed as necessary as you work toward resolutions.
• Making daily outbound calls to review members' financial status and develop workable repayment arrangements.
