Qualifications

• Experience with the foreclosure process and related guidelines.
• Knowledge of FNMA/FHLMC foreclosure guidelines, HUD, REO, and investor requirements.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist counselors in preventing delinquency through phone and email.
• Communicate with foreclosure attorneys, investors, and credit unions to determine liquidation strategies.
• Process loans through the foreclosure process from referral to eviction.
• File reimbursement claims and manage recoverability of legal fees and costs.
• Process loans through the full bankruptcy process.
