Lasko Products is hiring a Plastic Injection Toolroom Technician in Fort Worth, TX. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing plastic injection molds to ensure quality and uninterrupted production.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting mold issues, blueprint interpretation, mold assembly/disassembly, and precision machining using mills, grinders and lathes. Occasional welding and CNC work are a plus; the position offers a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints and troubleshooting mold issues.
• Ability to assemble/disassemble molds and verify tolerances.
• Experience with shop equipment and precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot plastic components and mold problems.
• Disassemble/assemble molds, inspect, repair, polish.
• Interpret drawings and perform precision machining.
• Provide guidance to junior technicians and train peers.
• Maintain mold repair records and changes to molds.
• Operate mills, grinders, lathes; perform basic welding.
