Job summary

Intralox, L.L.C. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Technician in the Mold Shop to disassemble, clean, and reassemble Plastic Injection Tooling with high precision, troubleshoot tooling problems, and perform minor repairs and component replacements.

This hands-on role requires reading blueprints, operating cranes and forklifts, and working a 12-hour shift on site; candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Disassembly, cleaning and reassembly of tooling with high accuracy.
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Must be able to lift 64 pounds and work a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Keep production molds in a ready-to-run state.
• Troubleshoot and predict mechanical and performance issues in our molds.
• Inspect and analyze critical components for defects and plan priority work.
• Communicate effectively via email, radio, and work orders to coordinate tasks.
