Job summary

CBRE is seeking a Hybrid Mobile Technician to maintain HVAC/R systems and provide light building maintenance at multiple locations. The role requires EPA certification, 4–5 years of related experience, and the ability to work in a hybrid schedule with no on-call or weekend duties.

Responsibilities include inspections, maintenance, and repairs, documenting work, and operating company vehicles. Candidates must be US-work eligible and proficient with MS Office.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma - GED, or trade school certification with 4-5 years of job-related experience.
• Universal EPA or CFC Certification.
• Basic knowledge and skills with light carpentry, electrical and plumbing as this is a Hybrid role.
• Meet the physical requirements of the role including stooping, standing, walking, climbing stairs/ladders, and be able to lift/carry heavy loads of 50 lbs. or more.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, inquisitive mentality, capable of analyzing and solving complex problems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to calculate figures such as percentages, fractions, and other similar calculations.
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain building HVAC/R equipment and related systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and general building systems.
• Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement appropriate fixes.
• Maintain maintenance and repair records.
• Operate company vehicles for daily tasks.
• Share knowledge of HVAC/Refrigeration systems and facilities maintenance.
• Model CBRE's culture through professional conduct.
• Explain technical information clearly to team members and clients.
